Hari
HariHarikrishnan Mulackal is a cofounder of Spearbit and well-known as one of the best code optimizers in the world of Solidity. Coming from the Ethereum Foundation (joined in 2020), he is a leading expert in the Ethereum compiler and Ethereum Virtual Machine. With a background in mathematics, Hari formerly worked for the Ethereum Foundation building the Solidity language, and has given numerous technical talks and participated in panel discussions at top blockchain industry conferences.
Alex
AlexAlex Beregszaszi is a cofounder of Spearbit and possesses a deep level of expertise in the Solidity programming language, the Ethereum Virtual Machine and Ethereum. Since 2015 he was an early contributor to and co-lead of the Solidity team at the Ethereum Foundation, as well as being lead of Ipsilon and Ethereum WebAssembly research teams. Alex has delivered numerous presentations at top industry conferences.
Jake Lang
Jake LangJake Lang is a cofounder of Spearbit. Previously, starting 2016, he worked at Ethereum on the Ethereum WebAssembly team (now known as Ipsilon) and has contributed to various improvements to the Ethereum Virtual Machine. He has a background in operating systems, compiler engineering, and cloud security.

Jake LynchJake Lynch is a cofounder of Spearbit. Since 2017, Jake has spent his career in crypto researching protocols, economics and working as an investor.
